Ingredients
  • 2whole Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2Cup WaterOptional – Chicken Stock
  • 1clove garlic
  • 1/2tsp Fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to crock pot.
  2. Put on low for 5-8 hours
  3. Remove from heat & shred.
Recipe Notes

The longer and slower it cooks the more tender it will be. However most breasts will be done at about 3-5 hours.
