Italian Baked Chicken
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
White Wine Vinegar
Dry Italian Dressing
Preheat oven to 350.
In a gallon zip lock bag, ADD chicken, olive oil, vinegar and seasoning packet. Shake up to evenly coat * You can toss in the fridge to marinate or right into dish to get cookin’
Place evenly coated chicken in glass baking dish. Cover with foil and place in oven for 25 minutes.
At 25 minutes remove foil and place back in oven for additional 5 minutes or until juices run clear.
Remove from oven, recover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
Goes great with just about any sides and veggies.
Italian dressing packet can be traded for a dry ranch packet with equally great results.
